The unauthorized use or sharing of any ViaSearch survey estimates or report design constitutes copyright infringement which could subject the infringer to statutory damages of up to $100,000 and criminal penalties of up to one year imprisonment and a $25,000 fine pursuant to Chapter 5, Sections 504 and 506 of Title 17 of the U.S. Code.
